Research overview
Can we introduce cocksfoot into pure sub clover swards and vice-versa? This is the challenge that Eve is undertaking with work at Lincoln and Ashley Dene. The aim is to provide high quality and persistent pastures in early lactation for sheep farmers in dryland areas. Eve is supervised by Associate Professor Rainer Hofmann and Professor Derrick Moot and the research contributes to the Hill Country Futures programme (BLNZT1701) funded by Beef + Lamb New Zealand, MBIE, Seed Force New Zealand and PGG Wrightson Seeds.
