Soil pH tolerance and phosphorus response of French serradella and Lupin varieties on an acid high country soil (PDF unavailable)
Research Overview
Pasture legumes are central to hill/high country systems as the provider and sole source of nitrogen (N) for sward growth. Monica investigated the effects of lime and phosphorus rate on the growth of three novel dryland legumes; French serradella and Russell and ‘Blue’ lupins. She was supervised by Dr Jim Moir and Prof. Derrick Moot.
