Research Overview
New Australian-bred cultivars of sub clover are being promoted in New Zealand based on their performance in Australia. These new cultivars may not be suited to cooler New Zealand conditions. Steph evaluated how sub clover cultivars differ in the agronomic characteristics by growing a range of new and old cultivars with cocksfoot in dryland conditions. Steph was supervised by Dr Alistair Black.
