We return to the lucerne monoculture on 26 August which is about one month after we last visited the site. In this video Prof Derrick Moot talks about how the stand has recovered from the herbicide applied to control weeds as the lucerne stand enters into the period of active early spring growth 3 years after establishment. The trigger point for when we will initiate grazing in the monoculture is discussed (approx. 2½ mins).
